They needed to find a way to expand their B2B communications by implementing digital strategies. All their communications were being handled personally (training, sales, support) and even though direct communication can be effective, it also requires a lot of work and people, making it difficult to scale their business. We created a brand with a voice that allowed them to communicate to the contractors, retailers, and clients. We wanted to have a brand identity and communication fluent and powerful enough to have a great relationship with them and also sell the product itself.
